WFMY News 2: HPU’s New Nursing Program Preparing Extraordinary Nurses

Dr. Racquel Ingram, founding chair of the new Department of Nursing at HPU, shares a behind-the-scenes look at the nursing program starting this fall. The state-of-the-art facility includes a 16-bed skills lab with 14 diverse simulators modeling an acute care environment, as well as three high-fidelity simulation suites – adult health nursing, maternal-newborn nursing and pediatric nursing.
