GSO:
American Airlines Baggage Claim: Go outside and meet at Door 2
RDU:
Terminal 1– If you flew Avelo, Southwest, or Spirit, please meet outside Southwest Baggage Claim, under the sign that says “Avelo/Spirit 1”
Terminal 2- If you flew any other airline, please meet outside United Airlines Baggage Claim, go outside and to the right all the way past the sign labeled with the number “5”, the bus typically parks at the end where the overhead cover ends.

CLT:
Go to Zone 2 (can go through door 2 or door 3) outside of arrival baggage claim.
Look for big purple pillars. You’ll have to cross the first road to get to chartered buses pick up. Purple Pillars will say Zone 2 Chartered Buses. (Area 2)
Shuttle FAQ
My flight will arrive 30 minutes late. Can I get on the next available shuttle?
Yes! Please change your shuttle online or email Campus Concierge concierge@highpoint.edu
Will my shuttle wait for me?
No. HPU Transportation is under a strict time limit at the airports and cannot wait past the scheduled departure time. If you do not want to wait for the next bus, please consider one of our alternate transportation vendors.

I’m standing outside and do not see the bus?
Make sure you are in the correct location based on the pickup locations above. We recommend waiting 10-15 minutes at the pickup location (do not leave the area) as the bus may be running behind due to travel delays. Contact Campus Concierge if you are still not able to locate the bus after this time.
Will Transportation know if my flight is running late?
Transportation will have a general idea of the national flight info and weather concerns, however, individual drivers are not tracking specific flights. Please contact Concierge with any specific flight changes.
