Megan Carr is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences at the Fred Wilson School of Pharmacy. She received her PharmD from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 and PGY2 residency training, as well as a Faculty Development Fellowship at UPMC St. Margaret in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is board certified in both pharmacotherapy and geriatric pharmacy. She previously practiced as an inpatient geriatrics clinical specialist pharmacist on an Acute Care for Elders (ACE) Unit at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts prior to transitioning to academia.
