University Village, also known on campus as U-Ville, is home to 116 graduate students living in one or two bedroom apartments shared between two, three, or five students.
Each apartment has a full kitchen including a stove with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator and a dining room table with chairs. Each bedroom has either one or two beds, and a dresser and a desk with chair for each student. The living area comes furnished with a couch, coffee table, kitchen table with chairs, and window shades. In each apartment’s bathroom, there is a sink, toilet and bathtub/shower that the residents share.
On the outside of each apartment, there is a front and back porch for lounging. High Point University residential communities all offer central heating and cool systems, complimentary internet, complimentary cable, complimentary laundry, and comfortable study areas.
